Reporting a wrong result
Include the tool, the values you entered, the result you got and the result you expected. If you can show the arithmetic that gives the right answer, the fix is usually immediate. Please do not send customer data, plans or anything confidential — nothing in a correction report needs it.
Suggesting a tool
A sentence about the question you wanted answered and how you would use the answer is enough. Suggestions that fit an existing cluster get built first, because a cluster of related calculators is more useful than one more unrelated page.
Response
Correspondence is answered within a few working days. This is a small operation, not a support desk, and there is no telephone line.
